This capability is deepened by our extensive deal experience and longstanding interactions with regulators like the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Singapore Stock Exchange, and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
We use the experience we have acquired over the years to benefit our ongoing client work, as well as in our contributions to law reform. For example, our consultant Boon Ann was a member of the Company Law Regulatory Framework Committee (1999-2002), whose report resulted in major policy changes to Singapore’s company law and regulatory framework.
