Lee Fong specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures or collaborations between corporations, private equity and venture capital investments, capital markets and general corporate work.

Lee Fong has extensive experience in various investment projects, acquisitions and general corporate transactions, including share subscriptions, share purchases, asset acquisitions and disposals, investment/ joint venture/ collaboration agreements and convertible bonds/ loan agreements.

Lee Fong advised companies listed on the Singapore Exchange in takeover offers, major transactions, rights issues, placements, share buybacks, reverse takeovers, delistings, change of auditors, business diversification, corporate restructurings, amalgamations, capital reductions, other corporate actions and continuing listing compliance. She also advised trustee of REITs in various transactions.

Prior to joining Drew & Napier, Lee Fong had practiced in another “big four” law firm in Singapore for approximately 16 years and was the chief representative for its Shanghai representative office. Her knowledge of Singapore law, familiarity with the PRC culture and market, and experience in Southeast Asian projects enable her to bridge gaps between parties from different cultures and backgrounds.

Lee Fong is effectively trilingual in English, Chinese and Malay.
