Drew & Napier acted for CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd. (中偉新材料股份有限公司) in its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Director Wu Geng and his team, comprising Associate Director Joelle Fang and Senior Associate Sarah Tan, acted as Singapore legal advisers to CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd. (“CNGR”) in its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKEX”) on 17 November 2025. The total offering size was approximately US$450 million.

CNGR is a new energy materials company that has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2020. As a pioneer in the battery materials sector, CNGR has established 10 major industrial bases across four key regions – China, Indonesia, Morocco and South Korea. CNGR has been a global leader of nickel-based and cobalt-based cathode active material precursors for lithium-ion batteries, ranking the first by shipment volume for five consecutive years since 2020.

Following its successful listing on the HKEX, CNGR stands as the first "A+H" listed company in the battery materials industry and the first "A+H" dual-listed enterprise in Guizhou Province.
