Jason is the Chief Executive Officer of DrewCorp Services Pte Ltd, a corporate services firm which provides chartered secretarial, corporate administration, immigration, document process, notary public and scrutineer services to corporate and individual clients of Drew & Napier and other businesses operating in and outside Singapore.
Jason is also a Director in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Drew & Napier LLC. He joined Drew & Napier in 2009, specializing in commercial disputes and employment law. He also has considerable experience advising boards of directors, independent directors and audit committees on litigation matters and reporting and disclosure requirements, and in the conduct of internal investigations into corporate governance breaches and employee misconduct cases.

The clients in her portfolio are from various industries:- pharmacy, shipping, broadcasting, airline, finance, manufacturing and investment; to name a few. She is named company secretary for most of her clients which include private limited companies, public company limited by guarantee and public listed companies.

Evelyn has more than 26 years of experience in all aspects of immigration. Apart from the routine applications to obtaining extension of residence in Singapore, work permits, employment passes and permanent residency, Evelyn also assists foreign nationals, their employers, and their family members in their dealings with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority and Ministry of Manpower.
Together with her team, Evelyn supports her clients by overseeing and processing forms, liaising directly between the employer and foreign employees, and advising them on all immigration queries.

Xiao Chien joined us from one of Asia’s largest corporate secretarial services firm where she assisted clients on the regulatory requirements in the Companies Act 1967 as well as the SGX-ST Listing and Catalist Rules. Apart from listed companies and private companies, she also has experience handling trust and fund-related corporate secretarial matters.
One of Xiao Chien’s core competencies and interest is in developing and reviewing corporate governance best practices for clients as well.
Xiao Chien acts as an independent scrutineer at general meetings of listed companies.
In 2023, Xiao Chien was elected a Council Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore.
