In addition to acting as counsel in such cases, Cavinder Bull, SC, has also been appointed as arbitrator in numerous cases administered by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), including as president in most of those cases.
