Managing Director of Dispute Resolution Randolph Khoo and Director Hoon Shu Mei co-authored the Singapore chapter of the leading international jurisdictional textbook on family law, “Family Global Guide”, published by Thomson Reuters and Practical Law UK.

The guide to family law in Singapore gives a high-level overview of key family and personal law issues including cross-border jurisdictional disputes and questions of conflicts of law; pre- and post-nuptial agreements and matrimonial property regimes; divorce, nullity, and judicial separation; children; surrogacy and adoption; cohabitation; family dispute resolution; civil partnership/same-sex marriage; and controversial areas of law and imminent reforms.

The Singapore chapter is part of the global guide to family law, which is published in association with the International Academy of Family Lawyers, of which our Hoon Shu Mei is a Fellow and was recently elected to the Board of Governors for two years. Both Randolph and Shu Mei are ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide as Band 1 practitioners for Family/ Matrimonial, High Net Worth matters.
