18 Nov 2025

We are pleased to announce that Drew & Napier has been recognised as one of the world’s leading investigations practices by Global Investigations Review (GIR).

The GIR 100 is an annual guide to the world’s leading investigations practices, serving as a global benchmark for excellence in navigating the legal, regulatory and reputational challenges of corporate investigations. Firms are selected through detailed submissions, client feedback and independent analysis, with evaluations based on factors such as the significance and complexity of their work, team strength, jurisdictional relevance and overall market reputation.

Several of the Drew’s high-profile investigations-related matters were highlighted including advising Seatrium on Singapore’s first deferred prosecution agreement in a cross-border bribery settlement with Brazilian authorities. The firm also represented individuals in headline matters such as the major multi-jurisdictional billion-dollar money laundering case in Singapore and the obstruction-of-justice case involving Ong Beng Seng.

Also highlighted were Drew’s efforts to secure a US$3.5 billion judgment for the liquidators of Hin Leong Trading and pursuing related auditor-negligence claims, as well as its representation of over 360 claimants in significant proceedings against Terraform Labs arising from the Terra UST stablecoin collapse.

Deputy Head, Criminal Law Practice, Director Adam Maniam and Head, Banking & Financial Disputes, Director Benedict Teo were lauded by clients, highlighting Adam’s professionalism and tireless guidance in complex cases, and Benedict’s integrity, competence and client-focused expertise.
