Drew & Napier listed among Asia’s Top Cybersecurity & Data Law Firms 2026 by ALB

17 Aug 2026

Drew & Napier has been recognised as one of Asia’s top cybersecurity and data law firms in Asian Legal Business (ALB) inaugural list.

The ALB Asia Top Cybersecurity & Data Law Firms 2026 list recognises leading law firms with dedicated cybersecurity, privacy and data regulation practices, and a demonstrable regional track record in cybersecurity and data law, including demonstrating cutting‑edge privacy counsel, incident‑response readiness, and tech‑enabled client service.

Led by our Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Co-Heads Lim Chong Kin and David N. Alfred, alongside Deputy Head Anastasia Chen, the practice is positioned as a market-leading Singapore practice with a strong ASEAN footprint, known for advising clients on novel and complex cybersecurity and data law matters across Asia-Pacific.

The practice group’s work predates Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and Cybersecurity Act, and it has pioneered the development of data protection law and practice in Singapore and ASEAN. The team covers the full spectrum of regulatory, commercial and cross-border issues, and offers additional services relating to data protection and cybersecurity compliance, including training, data protection consulting and external DPO services via its established Drew Data Protection & Cybersecurity Academy.

The team is particularly well-equipped to assist clients on cybersecurity and data incident responses across Asia-Pacific, particularly ASEAN where it is the hub for Drew Network Asia. Additionally, our Drew Network Asia (DNA) partner firms, Shearn Delamore & Co. and Tilleke & Gibbins, have also been named Asia’s top cybersecurity and data law firms 2026 by ALB. DNA stands out as a leading regional choice for multi-jurisdictional cybersecurity and data protection mandates.
