Directors Kong Man Er and Javier Yeo recognised in ALB Asia 40 under 40, 2024

We are pleased to share that directors Kong Man Er and Javier Yeo have been recognised in the Asian Legal Business (ALB) ‘Asia 40 under 40, 2024’ list. Drew also has the most number of listed lawyers, among other regional law firms, in this year’s edition.
This latest accolade sits among Man Er’s and Javier’s growing list of recognitions in recent years.
Earlier this year, Man Er was listed in ALB’s ‘Singapore Rising Stars 2024’ list and was identified, in 2023, as one of ‘Singapore’s 30 most influential lawyers under the age of 40’ by Singapore Business Review. Clients praised Man Er’s advocacy skills as “astonishing” and describes her as “confident, intelligent, diligent and is never fazed by anything that thrown at her”.
Javier was recently named ‘Regional Rising Star of the Year (intellectual property)’ at the Legal 500 Southeast Asia Awards 2023 and has been ranked as a ‘Rising Star (intellectual property)’ for three consecutive years by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific. Clients lauded Javier’s work ethic, highlighting that he is “exceptionally hardworking and meticulous, with a deep understanding of complex legal issues” and has “clear and persuasive communication skills that stand out, which makes him an effective and reliable lawyer”.
The annual ALB Asia 40 under 40 list, now in its 10th year, celebrates Asia’s top 40 legal professionals in the region under the age of 40. Man Er and Javier were selected amidst nominations from over 500 outstanding nominees. The lawyers featured are represented from diverse jurisdictions and practice areas and were meticulously chosen through a rigorous selection process – evaluating their quality of work, client and peer recommendations, and their potential for future growth.
