Asia Pacific Legal 500 affirms Drew & Napier as a top law firm in Singapore

Drew & Napier has been ranked Tier 1 in six areas - Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration, Intellectual Property (IP), Restructuring & Insolvency, Tax Tax & Private Client Services], and Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) by Asia Pacific Legal 500. The 2011/2012 results listed 19 Drew lawyers as leading individuals, an increase from the previous year and the highest among any Singapore law firm.
It is the seventh year running that Drew is standalone in Tier 1 for Dispute Resolution, with the most number of litigators recommended in Singapore.
Drew’s IP practice was also ranked Tier 1 for 13 consecutive years.
The firm’s expertise was also affirmed in the areas of Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate M&A, Employment, Projects & Energy, Real Estate & Construction, and Shipping.
Director Sandy Foo is the only Projects & Energy lawyer recommended from a Singapore law firm four years in a row.
The rankings also saw the debut of three Drew directors - Lim Chong Kin (TMT), Werner Tsu (Shipping), and Ong Ken Loon (Tax). Ken Loon was the youngest to be recognised as a leading individual for the Tax category in recent years.
