Capital Markets

We have a full service capital markets practice which is divided into three broad areas: equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and funds markets. Prestigious legal publications regularly cite our work.

We offer our clients breadth of service and depth of expertise. Our knowledge of the Singapore market and our clients' business is complemented by our ability to approach problems from a range of perspectives.

We offer solutions that take into account the requirements of our clients, regulators, stakeholders, and other professionals. This capability is deepened by our extensive deal experience and longstanding interactions with regulators like the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Singapore Stock Exchange, and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.

We use the experience we have acquired over the years to benefit our ongoing client work, as well as in our contributions to law reform. For example, our practice’s co-head, Boon Ann, was a member of the Company Law Regulatory Framework Committee (1999-2002), whose report resulted in major policy changes to Singapore’s company law and regulatory framework.

Our ability to tap into the strengths of our other specialist practices enhances our capabilities.
