The discussion on the current law relating to Partnership & Agency in Singapore spans 16 chapters in total containing legal commentary with cross-references to relevant and latest cases and statutory provisions on the nature and formation of partnerships and agencies, relations between partners, outsiders, principals, agents and third persons, as well as the dissolution of partnerships and agencies, among others.

In the Probate, Administration & Succession title, the commentary has now been updated to include relevant cases, the latest applicable statutes and subsidiary legislation on various aspects of estate and succession law in Singapore. Topics discussed, across 10 chapters, include contentious and non-contentious probate, forms or grants in testacy and intestacy, powers and duties of executors and administrators and testamentary successions, to name a few.
