The Knowledge Management team
At Drew & Napier, we are committed to delivering the highest calibre of professional service to clients characterised by technical excellence, efficiency, responsiveness and effectiveness.
Our Knowledge Management and Training department harnesses, preserves and shares the collective experience and skills of our lawyers. The department works with practitioners to update our clients with the latest developments in law, enabling them to remain at the forefront of best practices.
Knowledge Management
To preserve and harness our lawyers' experience, the team constantly develops, updates and maintains Drew & Napier’s collective know-how. Our tools include our information databases, central library and our online legal resources. Precedents, standard documents, practice notes and new materials from our practitioners are drafted, updated and regularly reviewed by the team.
The team prepares and circulates to our clients legal updates and publications on the latest developments in law and other topics of interest. The team also prepares quarterly updates in the areas of International Arbitration and Competition Law.
Training
Drew & Napier strongly emphasises the sharing of knowledge and expertise within the firm. We do this through in-house training and professional development programmes tailored to the lawyers' needs and expertise.
