SIC Consults on Amendments to Take-over Code

In this update, Drew & Napier’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice discusses the Securities Industry Council’s recent consultation on proposed changes to the Singapore Code of Take-overs and Mergers. The proposed refinements and changes to the Code were initiated to ensure that it remains aligned with market innovations and evolving international practices. The Code was last updated in 2007.
