In BXH v BXI [2020] SGCA 28, the Court of Appeal allowed an appeal to set aside the bulk of an arbitral award under Article 34(2)(a)(i) of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. Drew & Napier Director Randolph Khoo as well as Associates Kenneth Chan and Vanessa Chiam successfully represented the client in this appeal.
