Directors Kelvin Tan, Benedict Teo, Kong Man Er and Lin Shumin have co-authored the Singapore chapter of Chambers Global Practice Guide: Litigation 2026.
The chapter covers key updates and developments in Singapore litigation, including the country's common law system and statutory framework. It also addresses proposals for dispute resolution reform, with a focus on the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in litigation, the promotion of alternative dispute resolution, and the adaptation of the adversarial system for certain employment claims.
Additionally, the chapter examines growth areas within the legal profession, particularly how the rapid advancement of technology and AI has been transforming areas such as due diligence, contract review, legal research, and document production, as well as the evolving methods by which legal services are being delivered.
