Competition Law and Regulatory Practice Co-Heads Lim Chong Kin and Dr Corinne Chew co-authored the Singapore chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide: Merger Control 2025.

The chapter provides an overview of the relevant authorities and legislation in Singapore, transactions caught by merger control legislation, notification and its impact on the transaction timetable. The chapter also discusses substantive assessment of a merger, outcome of the process, and end of the process: remedies, appeals and enforcement, among others.
