Competition Law and Regulatory Practice Co-Heads Lim Chong Kin and Dr Corinne Chew co-authored the Singapore chapter of Chambers Global Practice Guides: Merger Control 2024.

The chapter provides an overview of the merger control legislation and enforcing authorities in Singapore, and the procedure for the notification to clearance. The chapter also discusses third-party rights and the recent developments to the Competition Act, among others.
