Employment Co-Head Benjamin Gaw and Data Protection, Privacy & Cybersecurity Co-Head Lim Chong Kin co-authored the Singapore chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG): Employment & Labour Law 2026. 

The chapter covers common issues in employment and labour laws and regulations in Singapore, including terms and conditions of employment, employee representation and industrial relations, discrimination, maternity and family leave rights, business sales, as well as data protection and employee privacy.
