Tricia’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions of both publicly listed and private companies, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and general corporate and employment matters.

Tricia also advises companies listed on the Singapore Exchange (both Mainboard and Catalist) on corporate regulatory, governance and compliance matters.

  • Advised NYSE listed IBM Corporation, a technology company, as Singapore counsel, on the corporate aspects of a US$5.5 billion bond offering.
  • Advised Singapore-listed Pacific Andes Resources Development Limited and its subsidiaries, as Singapore corporate counsel, on its US$2.5 billion worldwide restructuring: The Asian Lawyer Asia Legal Awards 2017, Finance Deal of the Year (Restructuring and Insolvency).
  • Advised WBL Corporation Limited (WBL) in relation to the mandatory unconditional cash offer by Yanlord Investment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for all the issued and paid-up ordinary stock units in the capital of WBL which valued WBL at approximately S$730 million.
  • Advised Chesham Properties Pte. Ltd., a Pontiac Land Group affiliate, on the disposal of its interests in the Capitol Singapore project to the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Singapore-listed Perennial Real Estate Holdings Limited. The transaction was valued at S$528 million.
  • Advised FnO Pte. Ltd., a company which operates an intra-day options-only trading platform in India, MarketWolf, in relation to its pre-investment re-organisation and Series A funding round, which raised US$10 million from various prominent angel investors and global venture capital firms active in Singapore and India, at a pre-money valuation of US$50 million.
