Xin Tong’s main areas of practice encompass capital markets, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate restructurings.
She has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions and public listed companies.
Some of the matters that Xin Tong has handled include the following:*
- Acted for Helens International Holdings Limited, primary listed on HKSE, on its secondary listing on the Main Board of the SGX-ST and obtaining clearance from the Cyberspace Administration of China and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for overseas listing involving PRC domestic companies.
- Acted for Alpina Holdings Limited on its primary listing on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST, with a market capitalisation of approximately S$57.1 million immediately post-placement. Alpina is an established Singapore-based contractor providing IBS and M&E services mainly to public sector customers.
- Advised The Trendlines Group Ltd., a company listed on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST, on its non-renounceable non-underwritten rights issue.
- Advised Healthway Medical Group on various acquisitions of clinics in Singapore.
- Acted for Onstar Express, the holding company of SiCepat, one of the largest logistics startups in Indonesia, in its Series B equity fundraising and secondary sales involving an aggregate investment consideration of approximately US$170 million.
