Jimmy Yim, SC Chairman  Drew & Napier LLC	Jimmy Yim, PBM, is Chairman of Drew & Napier LLC and heads the firm's Construction and Engineering practice group.   Jimmy has over three decades of experience in civil and commercial law and international arbitration. In the span of his career, he has represented clients in a wide spectrum of disputes ranging from energy projects, building and construction, infrastructure, to telecommunications, technology and joint-ventures, appearing as lead counsel before the Supreme Court and international arbitration tribunals under the rules of the SIAC, ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL. He is also a recommended international arbitrator, Pacific International Arbitration Centre, Vietnam.   Jimmy was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1983 and appointed Senior Counsel in 1998.  He was also admitted to practise in England and Wales.   Jimmy graduated with top honours from the National University of Singapore where he also gained his LL.M.     Jimmy is a board member of public-listed and private companies.
Cavinder Bull, SC Chief Executive Officer Drew & Napier LLC	Cavinder Bull is Chief Executive Officer of Drew & Napier LLC. He is also co-head of the firm’s Competition Law & Regulatory Practice.   Cavinder has an active practice in complex litigation and international arbitration for over 25 years. He is experienced in handling a wide range of disputes including corporate disputes, fraud, insolvency, private equity disputes and antitrust. He also acts as counsel in both commercial and investor-state cases, and as arbitrator in ICSID, PCA, ICC, SIAC and LCIA arbitrations.   Cavinder is also Vice-President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration, a Governing Board member of ICCA, Vice-President of the Asia-Pacific Regional Arbitration Group, and is on the World Bank Sanctions Board. Cavinder was one of a handful to be appointed Senior Counsel before the age of 40. He has been called to the Bar in Singapore, New York and England and Wales.   Cavinder graduated with First Class Honours in law from Oxford University and received his LL.M from Harvard Law School.
Siraj Omar, SC Managing Director Dispute Resolution	Siraj is a Fellow of the Singapore Academy of Law, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He is also the Managing Director of Singapore's most celebrated Dispute Resolution practice, as well as a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and the International Association of Defence Counsel. Siraj was a member of the Singapore International Commercial Court Rules Sub-Committee, and sits on the Working Group of the Professional Conduct Council. He was formerly a member of the Council of The Law Society of Singapore and has sat as member of its Inquiry Panel since 2009.   Siraj has an active trial and appellate practice covering a wide range of areas including banking and financial disputes, corporate / commercial disputes and restructuring and insolvency matters. He also regularly appears in international arbitrations, both as counsel and as arbitrator.   Siraj has over two decades of experience in complex dispute resolution. Siraj is called to the Bar in Singapore and England and Wales, and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019.
