Training & Organisational Learning for performance
We offer a range of courses in data protection and cybersecurity law and practice, taught by leaders in these fields, aimed at data protection officers (DPOs), in-house counsels, IT professionals and executives and other professionals whose responsibilities include data protection and/or cybersecurity compliance. We also offer customised training to businesses based on their particular needs.
Data Protection Consulting (DP Trustmark)
We advise businesses on the development and implementation of organisational strategies, structures, policies and processes for the protection of personal data. This may include advising on the set up and management of the DPO office and team, capability development, the conduct of DP impact assessments (DPIAs), protection of personal data, development of the organisation’s data protection policies and general DPO advisory services, amongst other areas.
External Data Protection Officer Services
We offer outside DPO services particularly in relation to the management of the DPO function and to act as the chief or lead DPO when required. These services are typically offered in conjunction with other DP-related services, such as the set up and management of the DPO office and provision of training.
We advise businesses on the development of measures, policies, and processes to mitigate the risk of data breaches and to manage the impact of a data breach. This may include sourcing and managing other services providers which may be required to respond to a data breach.
