Head of Financial Services Regulation Grace Chong joins our ranks as latest Board member

We are delighted to announce that Head of Financial Services Regulation, Director Grace Chong has joined our Board as Shareholder and Equity Director, of Drew & Napier. Our Board is now 44 members strong.
 
Grace began her legal career as a pupil at Drew and recently rejoined us in May this year. She was formerly in-house counsel at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and had been a counsel in the Global Internal Investigations Group at the Hong Kong headquarters of HSBC. Since then, she has been in private practice for a number of years, first in Hong Kong and then in Singapore. 
 
Grace has extensive experience advising on complex regulatory matters, including licensing and conduct of business requirements, regulatory investigations and regulatory change. She has also been recognised as an “Innovative Individual” in Financial Times’ Innovative Lawyers Awards 2021 and was named in Asian Legal Business’ Top 15 Rising Lawyers for APAC. She also strengthens our firm’s FinTech practice having been named as one of Singapore’s top 10 FinTech lawyers and is highly ranked in Chambers FinTech 2023.
