For the 14th year now, Drew & Napier has been named an Employer of Choice in Singapore by Asian Legal Business (ALB) following its annual survey on the region’s best law firms to work for.
Drew has been a recipient of this accolade more than any firm in Singapore since the survey launched in 2008.
The Employer of Choice survey is open to employees of law firms, regardless of department or title, and includes non-legal roles as well. It quizzes respondents on a variety of issues, ranging from career prospects within their firm to mentorship opportunities and work-life balance. The firms that made the list were selected not only on the number of recommendations, but also the quality.
Our firm is singled out in ALB's feature, where they quoted one of our associates' comment that the firm is a good place to learn, "the senior lawyers are excellent and willing to train. The environment is not toxic but friendly although the expectations are still high”.
When interviewed by ALB, Director Kelvin Tan said, “There is what it means to be part of the Drew family: being shoulder-to-shoulder through thick and thin, sharing loyalty and camaraderie, celebrating one another’s successes and willing one another to do well, for ourselves and our loved ones."
