Our Board grows with 3 additions

We are delighted to announce that Directors Wu Geng, Kelvin Teo and Mohan Gopalan have now joined our Board as shareholders and equity directors. Over the years, they have made the firm proud with their expertise, professionalism and dedication to their clients' cause.

Wu Geng's practice focuses particularly on the Greater China region. He represents and advises various corporate and individual clients in wealth management, business expansions and investments in the region, including Singapore. His practice spans the areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate advisory work. He has been recommended in IFLR1000 for capital markets for many years.

Kelvin's practice is in construction with a strong focus on renewable energy such as solar, wind, hydro, geothermal and major infrastructure. He also manages disputes from the start of a project lifecycle to try to prevent them from snowballing. He is recommended in several esteemed publications like Chambers and Legal 500. 

Mohan specialises in insolvency and debt restructuring and regularly advises debtors, creditors and insolvency office-holders on transactional and litigation aspects of insolvency and debt restructuring matters. His expertise in insolvency and restructuring has also been recognised in numerous publications such as Chambers and Legal 500 for many years.
