Drew is Commercial Litigation Law Firm of the Year for the 12th year at the ALB SEA Law Awards 2016

Drew & Napier won the Commercial Litigation Law Firm of the Year award at the 12th annual Asian Legal Business (ALB) Southeast Asia Law Awards 2016 tonight. 

Drew has been the only recipient of the Litigation Law Firm of the Year title since the inception of the ALB awards twelve years ago.

Drew also bagged the Asset and Corporate Finance Deal of the Year award for Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology’s (JCET) Takeover of STATS ChipPAC

Our Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team and Banking & Finance team led by Directors Sandy Foo and Farhana Siddiqui, Associate Director Renu Menon, Senior Associate Lin Weihong, Associates Goh Jun Yi, Victoria Tan, Teri Tan and Tan Jin Wei acted as co-lead counsel to JCET for the highly complex deal. This deal was one of the largest M&A deals in Singapore in 2015. Drew acted on the financing aspects of the deal on the syndicated finance as well as in relation to the perpetual securities offer.

The Awards dinner was held at The Fullerton Hotel on Friday, 20 May 2016.
