Drew & Napier and Jimmy Yim, SC clinched the Client Service Excellence awards at asialaw Awards 2021

We are pleased to announce that Drew & Napier and our Chairman Jimmy Yim, SC, have clinched the Client Service Excellence awards at asialaw Awards 2021. Drew has been named the winner of the Client Service Excellence Firm of the Year: Singapore award while Jimmy Yim, SC has been recognised as a Client Service Excellence Lawyer of the Year in Singapore at the fourth annual awards held virtually on Thursday, 30 September 2021.
The asialaw Awards honours the best firms and lawyers from across 11 practice areas, seven industries and 23 jurisdictions across Asia. These firms and lawyers have been judged as best in class for their legal and industry expertise in terms of their innovative approaches, management of complex situations and the positive impact of their advice in both regional and national markets. It is a culmination of asialaw’s months of research, analysing hundreds of submissions, surveying and interviewing hundreds of referees and lawyers.
The asialaw Client Service Excellence Firm of the year awards are decided using the objective data asialaw captured regarding client feedback during the 2022 edition research process while the asialaw Client Service Excellence Lawyer of the Year awards recognise individuals who had great achievements in 2020-21 based on the research teams’ analysis of the matters that lawyer handled. The process also included analysis on the individual scores provided by clients in surveys provided to asialaw.
