Directors Lim Chong Kin, David N. Alfred, and Anastasia Su-Anne Chen recognised as Senior Accredited Specialists in Data and Digital Economy Law

Directors Lim Chong Kin, David N. Alfred, and Anastasia Su-Anne Chen have been recognised as Senior Accredited Specialists in Data and Digital Economy Law under the Singapore Academy of Law’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme.
The Specialist Accreditation Scheme confers recognition of a legal practitioner’s expertise and experience in a specialised area of law, in this case in Data and Digital Economy Law. This area of law covers a number of technology-related fields including Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Protection, Digital Trade, Technology Procurement, Media and Telecommunications (amongst others). Only a select group of legal practitioners with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, among other criteria, may be recognised as a Senior Accredited Specialist.
Within Drew & Napier, Chong Kin heads the Telecommunications, Media & Technology practice group and he has long been recognised as one of the most eminent leading lawyer in this field. Chong Kin and David co-head the firm’s Data Protection, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice, of which Anastasia is a member. All three lead the firm’s Artificial Intelligence & Digital Trust practice.
