Director Blossom Hing recognised as a top woman litigator by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific’s inaugural Top 100 Women in Litigation

25 Jun 2020

Director Blossom Hing is recognised as a top woman litigator by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific in its inaugural Top 100 Women in Litigation.

The guide lists prominent female litigators across the Asia-Pacific region who played an important role in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history. Lawyers named in the publication were chosen through several phases of research: review of their recent case work, consideration on how attorneys at peer legal institutions might rank them, and client feedback on their performances.

This recognition further cements Blossom’s position as a top female litigator in Singapore and in the region. She was recently recognised as a Litigation Star for Dispute Resolution, Insolvency in the 2020 edition of Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific rankings, a Recognised practitioner for Dispute Resolution: Litigation in the 2020 edition of Chambers Asia Pacific and Chambers Global, and a Market-leading lawyer for Dispute Resolution in the 2019 edition of Asialaw Leading Lawyers.

Over the years, she has received much praise and recognition from clients and peers alike. Sources commended her in Chambers Asia Pacific as an “excellent lawyer who is very aggressive, intelligent and effective in litigation.” In IFLR1000, a client said that she stands out for being “very versatile”, “highly dedicated, conscientious and thoughtful” in the fields of insolvency and litigation in Singapore.

We are also proud to share that Lia Aliza and Rahayu Hoed from Drew Network Asia pillar firm, Makarim & Taira S. from Indonesia, are also recognised as top women litigators by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific. In the recent edition of Chambers Asia Pacific, clients praised Lia for her “in-depth knowledge, not just from a regulatory point of view but also from a practical one”, while Rahayu is considered “a top national expert” for power projects in Indonesia.
