Director Adam Maniam appointed Deputy Head of Drew’s Criminal Law Practice

Join us in congratulating Director Adam Maniam who has been appointed Deputy Head of Drew’s Criminal Law practice. He joins Co-Heads, Directors Wendell Wong and Gary Low in leading the practice.
 
Adam has handled some of the most high-profile criminal cases and investigations in Singapore in recent years, including several notable cases where Adam successfully compounded charges and obtained acquittals or record-low sentences for his clients. Adam’s criminal law and investigations practice complements his active commercial litigation and arbitration practice for which he has handled cases at all levels of the Singapore Courts as well as in international and domestic ICC, SIAC and ad-hoc arbitrations.
 
Speaking on his new role, Adam said "complex disputes often have both civil and criminal law aspects and having lawyers who are equally strong in handling both these aspects is increasingly important. Wendell and Gary are both excellent criminal law practitioners and I look forward to working with them in leading and growing Drew’s criminal law practice”.
