The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore Bill and the Gambling Control Bill were first read in Parliament on 14 February 2022.
 
Our article looks at how both Bills seek to overhaul and unify the gambling regulatory regime in Singapore, including the establishment of a brand-new regulatory authority, new gambling offences, and a technologically neutral approach.
