Temporary finality of adjudication determinations are not to be undermined

The recent decision of Samsung C&T Corp v Soon Li Heng Civil Engineering Pte Ltd [2020] SGCA 79 demonstrates that the Singapore Courts are careful not to allow the temporary finality of adjudication determinations under the Building and Construction Industry of Payment Act (Cap 30B, 2006 Rev Ed) to be undermined.
