Singapore Take-over Code Revised

The Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers (“Code”) has been revised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore on the advice of the Securities Industry Council. The revised Code contains provisions which codify existing practices, enhance disclosure and clarify how the Code applies to REITs and business trusts. It will come into force on 9 April 2012.
