Revisions To MAS Notice on Recommendations on Investment Products

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has issued amendments to the notices and guidelines under the FAA. One such notice is the Notice on Recommendations on Investment Products. The amendments to the Notice have, in general, imposed greater responsibilities on financial advisers  when making recommendations on investment products. Some of these amendments are described briefly in this update.
