The initial months of 2023 saw a number of developments that may affect the Singapore lending market. In this update, we highlight the developments relating to (i) the green and transition taxonomy (“Taxonomy”) published by the Green Finance Industry Taskforce (“GFIT”) for Singapore based financial institutions and (ii) the Enterprise Financing Scheme (“EFS”).
