The Chapter covers common issues in employment and labour laws and regulations in Singapore including terms and conditions of employment, employee representation and industrial relations, discrimination, maternity and family leave rights, business sales, termination and employment and protecting business interests following termination. The Chapter also addresses common issues in data protection and employee privacy, and relevant court practices and procedures.
