Competition Law and Regulatory Practice Co-Heads Lim Chong Kin and Dr Corinne Chew co-authored the Singapore chapter of ICLG Cartels & Leniency 2025.

The chapter provides an overview of the legislative framework for the prohibition of cartels, investigative powers of the competition authority, and sanctions on companies and individuals. The chapter also discusses the leniency programme, whistle-blowing procedures and the appeal process set out under the Competition (Appeals) Regulations in Singapore, among others.
