In the recent decision of Hai Jiao 1306 Ltd and others v Yaw Chee Siew [2020] SGHC (I) 3, the Singapore International Commercial Court ordered that adverse inferences be drawn against an individual who had failed to comply with an earlier Court order for the discovery of documents in four repositories.
