Directors Steven Lo and Ng Pei Tong and team acted in IPO listing of Niks Professional on the Catalist board of SGX-ST

Directors Steven Lo and Ng Pei Tong, and their team comprising Senior Associate Chia Jun Jie and Associates Tan Bin Bin, Ong Yinn Jaye and Christal Lim, advised Niks Professional on its initial public offering and listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange, only the fifth SGX listing this year so far.

Niks Professional is offering 21.8 million new shares, at a price of S$0.23 per share, which comprise (i) 20.8 million placement shares, which also include around 3.7 million reserved shares for management, employees and directors, and (ii) one million public shares. They will raise S$5 million in gross proceeds, with net proceeds coming to S$3.3 million (after deducting relevant listing expenses). The stock is expected to start trading on the Catalist board on 27 October.
