Competition Law and Regulatory Practice Co-Head Lim Chong Kin and Deputy Head Dr Corinne Chew co-authored the Singapore chapter of Chambers Global Practice Guides: Merger Control 2022.

The Chapter provides an overview of the merger control legislation, enforcing authorities in Singapore, and the procedure for the notification to clearance. The Chapter also discusses third-party rights and the recent developments to the Competition Act, among others.
