Cavinder Bull SC identified as a Top 15 Southeast Asia Litigator for the second consecutive year by Asian Legal Business

We are delighted to announce that our CEO, Cavinder Bull, SC has been identified as one of the Top 15 Litigators in Southeast Asia for the second consecutive year by Asian Legal Business (ALB). The ranking celebrates the leading litigators and most impactful disputes across the region of Southeast Asia.
Cavinder stands amongst top litigators from seven countries across Southeast Asia who have demonstrated excellence in their fields. To identify Cavinder as a Top 15 Litigator, ALB considered the profile of cases he handled, his clients' recommendations, and his use of technology and innovation. ALB also gathered information from the nominations provided, interviews, editorial resources, and market feedback when making the assessment.
This accolade comes hot on heels of Cavinder being named Litigator of the Year at The Asia Legal Awards 2024, in recognition of his profound expertise in Asian regulatory matters and his role in establishing new benchmarks in the legal sector. He was also crowned Southeast Asia Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year for the third consecutive year at the annual ALB SE Asia Law Awards.
In an exclusive interview with ALB, Cavinder shared about his undeniable passion for his work in the Litigation space. Cavinder said, “Each case is a puzzle requiring deep analysis and careful thinking. I find the intellectual challenge of understanding a legal problem and finding a practical solution thoroughly engaging.”
He also shared what he enjoyed most about being a litigator, “The best moments for a litigator are when he is on his feet in Court. The chance to engage with an experienced judge, to spar with strong opponents and to cross-examine interesting people, are the best part of a litigator’s professional life.”
