Director Lim Siau Wen quoted in Asia IP article on leveraging IP for businesses

Director Lim Siau Wen shared her thoughts with Asia IP on the key trends and developments affecting the leveraging of IP. This is especially so in financial strategy and mergers & acquisitions, where businesses begin to realise the value of IP as intangible assets.

Citing several landmark matters abroad, she recommended that IP owners and licensees keep updated with judicial developments, for example, cases concerning fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms for standard essential patent licensing.
