Singapore’s commitment to implement the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework

On 10 November 2023, together with 47 other jurisdictions (including the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Japan and Australia), Singapore issued a joint statement expressing her joint intention to work towards commencing automatic exchanges in crypto-assets reporting by transposing the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework into domestic law and activating exchange agreements by 2027.
