Top performance for Drew & Napier in Chambers Asia-Pacific 2017

In its latest 2017 rankings, Chambers Asia-Pacific has ranked Drew & Napier as being without peer in Litigation and in the top tier in Arbitration, Competition & Antitrust, Intellectual Property, Restructuring/ Insolvency, and Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT).
In Litigation, we are standalone in Band 1 for the 9th year.
For the 7th year, our CEO Davinder Singh, SC, is the only litigator in the country to be ranked a Star Individual, a category above Band 1.
Jimmy Yim, SC, Hri Kumar Nair, SC, and Cavinder Bull, SC have been ranked as top litigators, and Randolph Khoo, Kelvin Tan, and Blossom Hing are listed as recognised practitioners. Seven of our litigators are ranked, more than any other law firm in the country.
Drew is the only Singapore firm ranked Band 1 in Arbitration. Davinder Singh, SC, Cavinder Bull, SC and Jimmy Yim, SC achieved rankings.
Our Restructuring/ Insolvency team garnered a Band 1 ranking for the 10th year running. The team includes three top-ranked lawyers- Sushil Nair, Julian Kwek and Blossom Hing- making Drew the firm with the highest number of Band 1-ranked lawyers in this practice.
For the past decade, our Intellectual Property practice has also been consistently ranked in the top tier. We clinched the highest number of lawyer recommendations in IP Litigation, namely Dedar Singh Gill, Morris John, and Tony Yeo.
Our TMT practice is ranked Band 1 for the 10th year, and Competition & Antitrust practice is ranked Band 1 for the 4th year. These practices are led by Lim Chong Kin who is a Band-1 practitioner in both areas. Scott Clements is recognised as a rising star in the Competition & Antitrust category.
