Mahesh Rai, Jon Nair and Abhinav Bhushan recognised in India Business Law Journal’s International A-List 2026

We are delighted to share that our Directors, Mahesh Rai, Jon Nair and Abhinav Bhushan, have been recognised as leading international India experts in India Business Law Journal’s (IBLJ) International A-List 2026.
 
Mahesh is honoured for the fourth consecutive year and is described as “one of the finest lawyers in Singapore”, with a strong and successful India-linked practice. He is also noted as “a stalwart in the legal community in Singapore”, with a reputation for excellence and integrity, in addition to being an extremely effective counsel.
 
Jon is named for the second time and is described as “strongly professional with a practical approach”. He is recognised for clear, timely advice on cross-border structuring and investor documentation, and for his collaborative working style.
 
New to the list this year, Abhinav is praised in international arbitration as a “standout figure”. His International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court experience across Europe and Asia, work on transparency and expedited procedures, and “client-focused perspective” are highlighted as key strengths in cross-border dispute resolution.
