The report highlighted Drew’s expansive multi-practice India focus, led by CEO Cavinder Bull, SC, with support from a large team of lawyers specialising in dispute resolution, corporate restructuring, M&A, finance, corporate matters, tax and private client work. It also noted Director Foo Yuet Min’s appointment as a steering committee member of Young MCIA (Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration), which creates networks among young professionals to promote and support international arbitration, and the formation of Drew Network Asia, in 2020, with Makarim & Taira S. from Indonesia and Shearn Delamore & Co. from Malaysia.

Additionally, the report also highlighted Drew’s continued representation in a multi-jurisdictional matter that spans across Japan, Sri Lanka, Iran, Brazil, Bangladesh and Pakistan involving breaches of a shareholder agreement – proceedings of which, were represented before the Singapore International Commercial Court, Singapore High Court and the Singapore Court of Appeal.
