Drew & Napier’s India expertise lauded at ALB India Law Awards 2019 and India Business Law Journal’s Top 50 Deals of 2018

Drew & Napier is delighted to announce that the firm’s India expertise was commended by two renowned publications in the field.
At the inaugural Asian Legal Business India Law Awards 2019, Drew won the India Practice, Asian Law Firm of the Year award. This award recognises the top law firm headquartered in Asia with India expertise, excluding India-based law firms. The awards ceremony was held on 27 February 2019 in Mumbai.
In the India Business Law Journal’s Deals of the Year 2018 awards, two deals which Drew was involved in were identified as among the top 50 landmark deals in 2018 involving Indian parties. The deals - Sindicatum Renewable Energy’s Triple-tranche Green Bond Offering and Walmart’s acquisition of Flipkart - were selected for their size, novelty and complexity. The report was published in February 2019.
