In selecting this year's Top 30, ALB assessed the commercial significance and complexity of candidates’ active caseloads, alongside market feedback from clients and the deployment of technology in contentious matters. Cavinder’s inclusion in the list complements a series of recent awards, affirming his standing in the field.
