Dispute Resolution Director / Associate Director (Commercial and Civil Disputes, International Arbitration)

You will be instrumental in driving complex and significant commercial and civil disputes, as well as international arbitration matters as second chair to a renowned senior counsel.  As a senior member of an award-winning, trail blazing team, you will be compensated accordingly. 

Requirements:
  • 6 to 10 years PQE, with a proven track record in commercial/ civil disputes and international arbitration matters, including multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Driven. Owns clients' complex problems, and provides innovative solutions
  • Communicative prowess, and ability to/experience in collaborating with partners to reach joint decisions 
  • Demonstrable analytical and organisational skills. Able to manage an ambitious, industrious team

Dispute Resolution Associate / Senior Associate (Construction, Commercial and Civil Disputes)

You will assist the directors with handling commercial litigation proceedings, arbitration and civil disputes work. You will also be handling contentious construction matters as well as some front-end drafting for non-contentious construction matters. 

Requirements:
  • NQ to 5 years PQE with relevant working experience in commercial litigation proceedings, arbitration and civil disputes work. Construction law experience or training is a plus. 

Dispute Resolution Associate / Senior Associate (Commercial Dispute and Construction)

You will assist the directors with contentious commercial and construction matters. 

Requirements:
  • 1 to 6 years PQE with relevant working experience. Construction law experience or training is a plus.

Dispute Resolution Associate / Senior Associate (General / Commercial and Family Litigation)

You will assist the directors to handle general/commercial litigation proceedings, personal disputes work, family litigation and probate proceedings involving large estates.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 to 6 years of PQE with relevant working experience in general/commercial litigation proceedings, personal disputes work, family litigation and probate proceedings involving large estates.

Corporate & Finance Senior Associate / Associate Director (Capital Markets and M&A)

You will assist primarily in general corporate / M&A transactions. There will also be some capital markets and listed company work, as well as other various legal matters

Requirements:
  • 3 to 10 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer.
  • Experience in Corporate / M&A work. Capital markets experience would be also welcome.
  • Works well independently as well as in a team.
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive.
  • Good project management and communication skills.

Corporate & Finance Associate / Senior Associate (M&A and Corporate)

You will be part of a dynamic team working on general corporate and M&A transactions, with opportunities to focus on specialised industries such as technology and health care and life sciences.

Requirements:
  • 1 to 6 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer preferred
  • Experience in M&A and/or corporate and commercial work essential
  • Experience in financial regulations, funds, intellectual property and/or technology matters are a bonus
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive
  • Excellent time and project management and communication skills

TMT Associate / Senior Associate (Data Protection & Cybersecurity)

You will be part of dynamic team advising and assisting clients in Singapore and in the region on a range of data protection and cybersecurity matters, as well as other regulatory, corporate and commercial matters.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 6 years’ PQE, qualified in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction
  • ​Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, litigation, technology or related areas of practice
  • Relevant offshore experience will be considered
  • Strong interest in legal aspects of technology and/or use of technology to support legal and compliance work
  • Related qualifications / certifications in data protection, cybersecurity or IT will be an advantage, e.g. CIPM, CIPP
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive
  • Excellent time and project management and communication skills

Corporate & Finance Associate / Senior Associate (Blockchain & Digital Assets) 

You will be part of a dynamic team, advising clients in Singapore and in the region on novel issues presented by the fast-moving and innovative blockchain industry. You can expect to work on a range of legal matters including fundraising, M&A, project structuring, and licensing and compliance requirements under the Securities and Futures Act and the Payment Services Act.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 6 years' PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer
  • Good grounding in general corporate law
  • Experience with transactional matters and/or financial regulatory matters (whether in practice or in-house)
  • Strong interest in cutting-edge technology
  • Possess initiative, drive and commercial acumen
  • Prior work experience and/or interaction with the Monetary Authority of Singapore is an advantage, but not necessary

Corporate & Finance Associate / Senior Associate (Funds and Fund Management)

You will assist in funds and fund management practice group as well as other various legal matters.

Requirements:
  • 0 to 6 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer
  • ​Must be willing to assist and work with seniors in funds (particularly variable capital companies) and fund management-related legal work
  • Must be interested in securities laws and regulations and technical legal matters
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive

Corporate & Finance Associate (Banking & Finance and Debt Capital Markets)

You will assist in banking & finance and debt capital markets transactions as well as other general corporate and commercial matters. 

Requirements:
  • 3 to 6 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer
  • Experience in debt capital markets and banking & finance essential
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive
  • Excellent time and project management and communication skills

Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate 

You will assist the Real Estate Director to handle various legal matters relating to real estate acquisitions, sales and financing.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 6 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer preferred
  • Experience in handling various legal matters relating to real estate acquisitions, sales and financing preferred
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive
  • Excellent time and project management and communication skills

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution Associate 

You will assist in intellectual property disputes as well as general corporate/commercial/civil litigation and arbitration.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-3 year’s PQE with relevant working experience in intellectual property litigation and general litigation/arbitration.
