Dispute Resolution Associate/ Senior Associate/ Associate Director (General Disputes and Restructuring)

You will work with a team of disputes lawyers to represent clients in commercial and civil litigation, international arbitration, and contentious restructuring cases. The team works on challenging international and regional matters spanning a range of industries. We are personally committed to mentoring and training young lawyers so that they develop outstanding skills and networks of their own. To that end, we invite passionate, driven and ambitious candidates to apply.

Requirements:
  • Must be a Singapore qualified lawyer
  • 3 to 6 years PQE, with relevant experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.  More senior candidates will also be considered on a case by case basis.
  • Good drafting, communication, research, and advocacy skills
  • A good team player who can also work independently


Dispute Resolution Associate/ Senior Associate (Commercial and Civil Disputes, Investigations and Business Crime)

You will work with a team of disputes lawyers to represent clients in commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, investigations and business crime cases. The team works often on high profile and challenging matters spanning a range of industries with MNCs, local listed companies and high-net worth individuals. You will develop career-long skills and experience as an all rounded disputes lawyer. The team believes in the importance of access to justice. The team leader takes a keen interest in mentoring and the development of younger lawyers.

Requirements:
  • Applicants should ideally have scored at a minimum Second Class (Upper) Honours with NUS, Cum Laude with the SMU or other equivalent class of honours in a law degree course.
  • Must be a Singapore qualified lawyer
  • 2 to 3 years PQE, preferably with relevant experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Investigations and business crime/criminal defence experience or training is a plus but not strictly necessary
  • Highly self-motivated and responsible individual(s)
  • A good team player who can also work independently
  • Good drafting, communication, research, and advocacy skills


Dispute Resolution Associate / Senior Associate (Commercial Dispute and Construction)

You will assist the directors with contentious commercial and construction matters. 

Requirements:
  • 1 to 6 years PQE with relevant working experience. Construction law experience or training is a plus.


Dispute Resolution Associate / Senior Associate (Civil Commercial & Family Disputes)

You will work with a team of lawyers to represent clients in civil commercial and family disputes spanning the full suite of dispute resolution options, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Requirements:
  • Applicants should ideally have scored at a minimum Second Class (Upper) Honours with NUS, Cum Laude with the SMU or other equivalent class of honours in a law degree course.
  • 2 to 4 years PQE, preferably with relevant experience in civil commercial and/or family disputes.


Dispute Resolution Associate / Senior Associate (General / Commercial and Family Litigation)

You will assist the directors to handle general/commercial litigation proceedings, personal disputes work, family litigation and probate proceedings involving large estates.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 to 6 years of PQE with relevant working experience in general/commercial litigation proceedings, personal disputes work, family litigation and probate proceedings involving large estates.

You will work with a team of disputes lawyers to represent clients in commercial and civil litigation, international arbitration, and construction cases. The team works on challenging regional and international matters spanning a range of industries. Through tackling such cases, you will develop outstanding skills as a disputes lawyer. The team is led by lawyers who take a keen interest in mentoring and the development of younger lawyers.

Requirements:
  • Applicants should ideally have scored at a minimum Second Class (Upper) Honours with NUS, Cum Laude with the SMU or other equivalent class of honours in a law degree course.
  • Must be a Singapore qualified lawyer
  • NQ to 3 years PQE, preferably with relevant experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Construction law experience or training is a plus but not necessary

Foreign Lawyer / Dispute Resolution Associate (Commercial, Construction and Civil Disputes)

You will work with a team of disputes lawyers to represent clients in international arbitration, commercial and civil litigation, and construction cases. The team works on challenging regional and international matters spanning a range of industries. Through tackling such cases, you will develop outstanding skills as a disputes lawyer. The team is led by lawyers who take a keen interest in mentoring and the development of younger lawyers.

Requirements: 
  • Applicants should have scored a First Class Honours or a high Second Class (Upper) Honours (top 10% of cohort) from a leading foreign university. LLM from a top law school is a plus
  • Must be called to the bar in their home jurisdiction.
  • Admission to the NY Bar or as an English solicitor will be a plus.
  • NQ to 3 years PQE, preferably with relevant experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Construction law experience or training is a plus but not necessary
  • Good drafting, communication, research, and advocacy skills
  • A good team player who can also work independently


Corporate & Finance Senior Associate / Associate Director (Capital Markets and M&A)

You will assist primarily in general corporate / M&A transactions. There will also be some capital markets and listed company work, as well as other various legal matters

Requirements:
  • 3 to 10 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer.
  • Experience in Corporate / M&A work. Capital markets experience would be also welcome.
  • Works well independently as well as in a team.
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive.
  • Good project management and communication skills.


Corporate & Finance Associate / Senior Associate (M&A and Corporate)

You will be part of a dynamic team working on general corporate and M&A transactions, with opportunities to focus on specialised industries such as technology and health care and life sciences.

Requirements:
  • 1 to 6 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer preferred
  • Experience in M&A and/or corporate and commercial work essential
  • Experience in financial regulations, funds, intellectual property and/or technology matters are a bonus
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive
  • Excellent time and project management and communication skills


TMT Associate / Senior Associate (Data Protection & Cybersecurity)

You will be part of dynamic team advising and assisting clients in Singapore and in the region on a range of data protection and cybersecurity matters, as well as other regulatory, corporate and commercial matters.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 6 years’ PQE, qualified in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction
  • ​Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, litigation, technology or related areas of practice
  • Relevant offshore experience will be considered
  • Strong interest in legal aspects of technology and/or use of technology to support legal and compliance work
  • Related qualifications / certifications in data protection, cybersecurity or IT will be an advantage, e.g. CIPM, CIPP
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive
  • Excellent time and project management and communication skills


Corporate & Finance Associate / Senior Associate (Blockchain & Digital Assets) 

You will be part of a dynamic team, advising clients in Singapore and in the region on novel issues presented by the fast-moving and innovative blockchain industry. You can expect to work on a range of legal matters including fundraising, M&A, project structuring, and licensing and compliance requirements under the Securities and Futures Act and the Payment Services Act.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 6 years' PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer
  • Good grounding in general corporate law
  • Experience with transactional matters and/or financial regulatory matters (whether in practice or in-house)
  • Strong interest in cutting-edge technology
  • Possess initiative, drive and commercial acumen
  • Prior work experience and/or interaction with the Monetary Authority of Singapore is an advantage, but not necessary


Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate 

You will assist the Real Estate Director to handle various legal matters relating to real estate acquisitions, sales and financing.

Requirements:
  • 2 to 6 years’ PQE Singapore-qualified lawyer preferred
  • Experience in handling various legal matters relating to real estate acquisitions, sales and financing preferred
  • Works well independently as well as in a team
  • Possesses positive attitude, initiative and drive
  • Excellent time and project management and communication skills


Intellectual Property Associate 

You will assist in various aspects of intellectual property matters.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 year’s PQE with relevant working experience in intellectual property which covers both contentious and non-contentious matters and advisory work on disputes, strategies, portfolio management and protection.
